Thank you for your purchase from our Tebex Store. We value your business and strive to provide you with the highest quality FiveM scripts and resources. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise. Therefore, we have created this Return and Replacement Policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Replacement Policy
Faulty Products: If you have purchased a digital product from us and find it to be faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if we determine that the product is faulty, we will provide a replacement copy of the same digital product.
No Refunds: Please note that all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed/downloaded. This is due to the nature of digital goods. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Exceptions
In cases of developer fault we allow all customers to request a refund provided conditions are met. To be eligible for a developer fault refund . You must be able to provide the full information covered by our return policy. If a return is requested within six (6) months of the date of purchase and it is found that your product did in fact work correctly on the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. You may request a refund after six (6) months however you must be able to provide proof that your product was not working correctly on the day of purchase.
The BOII Development staffing team reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fall within the parameters outlined under exceptions.
